About our Founder

I’m Tiana Rae Burnett — a Level 2 Reiki Healer, Intuitive Alignment Coach, and Founder of The Alignment Auntie™. My calling is to help heart-led humans reconnect with their power, release what no longer serves them, and step into the version of themselves they were always meant to be.

 

As a 2/4 Manifestor in Human Design — the Hermit Opportunist, I thrive by grounding, doing the inner work, and trusting myself. I move with clarity and divine timing, taking bold action without needing permission — and in that process, I empower others to call in their manifestations and step fully into their power.

 

My own return to alignment began after experiencing deep burnout from building public-facing businesses through the pandemic. Operating in survival mode taught me how easy it is to lose connection with ourselves when we’re focused only on pushing forward. Choosing to slow down, reconnect with my energy, and rebuild from a place of wholeness allowed me to heal — and to more fully support the community growing around me.

 

That season birthed The Alignment Auntie™ — not just a brand, but a movement. A portal for healing, radiant living, and soul-anchored success. Everything I offer is infused with intention, self-worth, and the unwavering belief that your highest timeline isn’t just possible — it becomes inevitable when you choose it.

 

Through 1:1 sessions, mentorship containers, workshops, and retreats, I create environments where you can restore balance, realign with your values, and move confidently into your next chapter. My mission is to be a trusted guide on your journey — helping you embody your magic and transform authentic alignment into both personal fulfillment and meaningful impact.
